Description

Persan is a blue from the eyes of Athena, a single parcel bottling, and a living wine imagined and vinified by Pauline Lair. The grapes were grown by Benoit Brazilier on a beautiful terroir of flint limestone in the Touraine region of France’s beautiful Loire Valley.
