Description

The 2020 Chablis Bougros Grand Cru is aged entirely in oak barrels. It has a well-defined bouquet with flint-tinged citrus fruit mixed with light fern and broom scents. The palate is well-balanced with a fine bead of acidity, harmonious and poised with a satisfying, poised finish that lingers in the mouth. Very fine. Tasted blind at the BIVB tasting in Chablis.
