Description

The limestone and clay componentes in the soil helps the vines to develop strong citrus flavors with a pronounced nuttiness on the mid-palate, which leads through to a clean finish with zesty citrus notes. The wine matures beautifuly, the years adding dimension and complexity.

Enjoy with a leg of lamb, grilled or barbecued meat such as lamb chops and sausages, as well as seafood and grilled fish.

Apple and apricot combine with peach blossom and a touch of honey and toast. Rich and generous with a youthful edge.
